3. Registration and User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Course Enrolment and Payment

4.1 Course Registration

Course enrolment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolment, instructor availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of registration unless other arrangements are made
• We accept credit cards, purchase orders, and bank transfers
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• A 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to all services as required by UAE law

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made 7-13 days before the course start date
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval
• If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or credit toward another course

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content, materials, and resources provided through our services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, and documentation, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5.2 Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our materials solely for your personal or internal business training purposes. This licence terminates upon completion of your course or termination of your account.

5.3 User Content

Any content you submit or share during our courses remains your property, but you grant us a licence to use such content for educational and promotional purposes related to our services.

6. Code of Conduct

When participating in our courses and using our services, you agree to:

• Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect and professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during training
• Not engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour
• Not share login credentials or course materials with unauthorised individuals
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of this code of conduct may result in removal from courses and termination of services without refund.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While we design our courses to provide valuable learning experiences, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, career advancement, or business results from participation in our programmes.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NKO Management Consulting Co LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NKO Management Consulting Co LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Rules.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, with the seat of arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and shall be governed by the DIAC Rules in force at the time of commencement of the arbitration.

Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations for a period of 30 days.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
